Workshop at Wise Daughters April 9
On Saturday April 9, Wise Daughters will host a sock monkey workshop from 2-5pm. OSM Operative Carol Barrett will lead the workshop and share her expertise in the craft. The cost of the workshop is $35 and all materials are provided. If you wish to make a sock monkey and donate it to the sock monkey sponsorship program, you pay only $5. Wise Daughters Craft Market has been a friend and partner of OSM since 2009. Owner Mary Breen has opened her shop and her heart to the project, hosting workshops, retailing OSM goodies and spreading the word about OSM to her clientele. She has been instrumental in the development of the MYOSM kits and her grassroots, sustainable approach to business is in perfect alignment with the goals of the project and has provided a great deal of inspiration.
Wise Daughters is located in the Junction, at the corner of Dundas and Quebec Ave at 3079B Dundas St. West.
