OSM Residency at Woza Moya
This fall, OSM will embark on an incredible journey. We’ve been invited to South Africa to spend a week at Woza Moya, an HIV/AIDs community care and support centre located in the Kwazulu-Natal region. We’ll be holding a workshop to teach caregivers the art of sock-monkey making, in the hopes that a sustainable business can be established. OSM is seeking support in the form of sponsorship in order to fundraise for the project and travel costs. Sock monkey sponsorships are a great way for individuals to support the cause and booking workshops will get a community involved in this initiative. Sponsorship can also take the form of materials donations and volunteerism.
