Clowns Sans Frontières departed this week on a mission of love, laughter and joy. From Nov 7-23, 2013 they will tour Moscow and St. Petersburg, providing live entertainment to orphanages and hospitals, where they will distribute OSM delegates to youth in distress and others in need of a smile.
