Operation Sock Monkey has teamed up with Clowns Without Borders South Africa to support their upcoming expedition. Canadian clown Alice Nelson will travel to South Africa in March 2013 to help bring joy & healing through laughter to orphans and vulnerable children in communities affected by HIV/AIDS.
